Tales from the Trunk is a UK based subscription service which sends one letter out per calendar month to the specified delivery address based on your subscription option.
All prices on the Tales from the Trunk website are shown in Pound Sterling.
The monthly subscription option will automatically charge your card monthly on the date you sign up. The three and six month subscriptions will be taken as a one off payment and will not renew when the three months or six months has expired.
Payment for the monthly rolling subscription can be started at any point within the month. If payment is made on or before the 10th of the month your letter will be posted on the 11th or next working business day. If payment is made between the 11th and 25th of the month your letter will be posted on the 26th or next working business day. The 25th of the month will be the cut off for receiving that month's letter, payments made after this date will have the following month's letter sent out to them on the 11th or next working business day of the following month.
Cancellation of the monthly subscription can be done at any point and it will be calculated to ensure you receive your final letter inline with your payments.
Intellectual ownership
Sam Collins is the owner of the Takes from the Trunk brand and all website and social media content is the property of Sam Collins.
The letters and their contents are the property of Sam Collins and may not be reproduced in any format without written permission from Sam Collins. Any partial or total reproduction of any of this content (website, social media, letters, writing and illustrations) or any commercial reselling is prohibited without the prior and express authorisation of Sam Collins.
Refund Policy
If a letter arrives damaged we will send out a replacement letter or refund you that month's payment after a photograph has been sent to show the damage.
If a letter does not arrive we will send a replacement to you without cost.
If you type your shipping address incorrectly as a sign of good faith we will send out the most recently missed letter.
